this is a pretty good product. The only problem I found was that the clip to hang the toy that came with it was not properly made and does not close and had trouble getting it open. Overall, it gets Ruby trying to get the toys I put in there out.

I thought it was exceptional that a video clip was made how this worked AND what one could put inside. I had NO clue what kind of food would fit through that hole until I saw the video. Thanks! My Greys LOVE it.
